Great Product, and Great after care support
I have had my K13 Lite for around 4 weeks, had a couple of teething issues, and one today, which ended up with us contacting tech support. They are very quick to reply and give you step by step help and advice, even for someone not so tech minded like myself. I would recommend this product and all the other products that I have bought.

La k13 lite est une super machine !
Franchement la k13 lite est une super machine. On l'a reçue assez rapidement, même s'il y a eu un petit délai au dédouanement qui a légèrement repoussé la livraison. Rien de grave. Elle est arrivée parfaitement emballée, cartons solides, tout bien protégé, aucun élément abîmé et tout était bien en place.
Niveau fonctionnement, rien à redire: l'imprimante tourne nickel, les impressions sont propres, le film DTF fonctionne très bien, les transferts sont impeccables, le four fait parfaitement son boulot et la presse aussi. Clairement du matériel fiable.
Le seul petit point à améliorer selon nous, c'est le logiciel fourni qui reste un peu limité en réglages. On aimerait un peu plus de liberté ou d'options. Mais honnêtement, les paramètres de base marchent déjà très bien. Il suffit surtout de bien préparer ses fichiers image pour obtenir d'excellentes couleurs, et là le rendu est vraiment top.
Donc à part ce détail logiciel, c'est que du positif. On se permet juste une suggestion: ce serait vraiment un énorme plus si le logiciel proposait un aperçu du design directement sur un modèle de t‑shirt ou textile, comme le font certaines marques concurrentes. Ce serait aussi top d'avoir des options plus pratiques pour positionner précisément l'image sur la feuille. Avec ces améliorations, l'expérience serait tout simplement parfaite. Très bons produits, on recommande sans hésiter.
